Membership-online
Membership-online offers a *FREE* service for clubs, societies and associations, enabling them to efficiently manage their membership data in a single, centrally held database.
By registering at www.membership-online.co.uk, a club can allow authorised users to manage and keep their membership records up to date at any time, from any location with internet access. Those users that only need to view records can be provided with read-only access. The user-friendly website can also allow individual club members to update their own records, assuring them of the accuracy of information held.
With the membership records in a centralised location all users can see the most up-to-date information, doing away with the routine process of contacting other committee members to find out a member's address or phone number. Maybe we'll now see an end to the common practice of passing copies of the database around by email or portable disk media.
Using the website’s mail merge facility, organisations can select a subset of members and promptly communicate important information to them via e-mail, rather than spending time and money on conventional post.
Member data is safe and secure at all times - all information is stored within a secure centralised system that is password protected and is backed up both on and off site. The site is registered with the Data Protection Registrar. All data is encrypted when transmitted, rather like a banking system would do.
Membership-online gives you secure access to your membership records anytime, anywhere for free. It is the simplest way to manage clubs, societies, associations or indeed any group that needs to be in regular contact with their members. By helping to cut down the administration workload, the site allows you to concentrate on providing better services to your members, something all member-based organisations would like to do.

The Membership-online gateway supports our customers by providing access to information and products on the internet that otherwise might be hard to find.
The internet is growing faster and faster and it is becoming more and more time consuming to find the things you need. This site aims to be a single point - a gateway perhaps - to what you might need when running your organisation. The site offers a mixture of content, all targeted at clubs and small businesses, including:
- Information about products related to a number of types of organisation; at present we have concentrated on a few sports common to a number of our customers. That does not mean you would not find something helpful whatever type of organisation you run.
- If we come across funding for small organisations we will add a link to point you in the right direction
- We regular check promotions and offers from a large number of suppliers and shops and provide links to them
- The site will also provide a number of links to sites and products that can help you run the business end of the organisation - accounting, computing etc.
- The amount of legislation and red tape is overwhelming at present and you will find a number of links in the site to places that will help you find out what you need to know.
- The gateway will grow month by month, particularly if you help us by bookmarking on social websites - a link is provided for this on every page.
- Organising events or group holidays can be a headache - we have a large number of links to sites that might help you decide where to go and what you need to organise for the trip.
- We do not hide the fact that this site is supported by advertisements. In that way we can maintain a free service to the customers that want it.
Based in Northampton, we tend to cover East Midlands and Northern Home Counties - Herts, Beds. & Bucks, but if you are further than this and need help, feel free to contact us and we will try to help - that may mean that we just find someone more local who can help, but we will make sure they are the right supplier and that they understand your requirements.
Our services are reasonably priced and can be success-based if scope and nature of the requirements allow.
